| Dr.
C. H. Shrinivasamurthy is one of the well known scholars in
Madhva community. He has studied Nyaya, Vedanta and Vyakarana in
Poornaprajna vidya peetha for 12 years. He has been teaching in
different positions, since last 30 years.Presently he is working
as Professor of Sanskrit in Sharada Vilas College, Mysore. While
teaching in the college, he prepared his theses on the concept of
"Vishesha" in Dvaita school of Vedanta and submitted the
same to Karnataka University. He was awarded PhD in 1986.
He has been giving lectures on Vedanta, Bhagavata and Mahabharata
since last 30 years. He has contributed some papers on Dvaita
Vedanta for publication in Encyclopedia of Hinduism by India
Heritage Foundation, USA. He has been teaching Vedanta to
interested persons in private capacity, since last 30 years.He is
well known among scholars as expert in Sanskrit
Vyakarana.and he is presently in the Tatvavada(English) Editorial
board.
